Jerry Grisaffi
Chairman of the Board, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer for The Tracking Corporation, Jerry Grisaffi brings over 35 years of automotive industry experience to the Tracking Corporation, primarily on the dealership side of the business. He founded MicroTRAK GPS after experiencing difficulty using another tracking technology.
Grisaffi recruited a team of telematics professionals to form MictroTRAK GPS with the primary goal of developing the most advanced, robust and user-friendly GPS tracking product on the market.
Today, under Grisaffi's leadership, The Tracking Corporation has become an emerging leader in providing Tracking Systems technologies and products that track and recover valuable assets.
Ernest Feik Chief
Technology Officer
With 30 years of RF Technology experience, Mr. Feik has produced thousands of GPS units that are in operation today. Mr. Feik graduated with a Masters in electrical engineering from University of California at Berkley.
Mr. Feik has experience in government electronics, has worked as a contract manufacturer, a field service engineer and has filed 37 patents. Mr. Feik has a proven record of responsiveness to the needs of his clients in providing relevant communications and informational systems. Mr. Feik just completed a GPS/Data radio project for RELM Wireless, Inc. out of Melbourne, Florida.
Tilmon Kreiling, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Kreiling earned an MBA
and a Ph.D. at the prestigious Stanford Business School. Prior to that he
earned a B.A. degree from Yale College. He served as an Officer in the
United States Marine Corps and received an Honorable Discharge.
Dr.Kreiling was a Member of The Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1983- 1987. He founded an NASD Broker/Dealer Member firm in 1990 and was President of that firm for 10 years, until 2000. During that time he served as the firm¡¯s FINOPS (NASD Series 27) and its General Securities Principal (Series 24).
In 1994 He served as CFO and Director of an 800 broker securities firm in California. In 1995 he served as CFO of REOC, Inc., a real estate operating company, located in Dallas, Texas. From 1991-1994 he was a Director of a NYSE listed REIT, American Realty Trust, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Subsequently, he served as
CFO of privately held Waugh Enterprises, Inc., for 5 years. Waugh Enterprises is the owner and operator of 25 fast food restaurants and arcades in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
